Therapy & Coaching

I offer four services for adult individuals and couples
Single-Session Therapy
 

Single-Session Therapy is for you if you have a specific issue that can be tackled in a focused way and you want to deal with it as quickly as possible. The key objective of SST is to help you get unstuck and move on with your life as quickly as possible.

I will ask you to complete and return a brief  'Pre-Session Questionnaire' which is designed to help you prepare for the session. The session (by zoom) that follows lasts for up to 50 minutes. At the end of the session, you will leave with a plan to implement what you learned in the session and be encouraged to implement that plan and see what happens. 

With your permission, I record the session and send you a copy of the recording which is included in the cost of the session which is £250.

If you want a transcript of the session and/or a follow-up telephone call, there will be additional costs (£50 for the transcript and £50 for the follow-up call). 

 

If you need more sessions, you may have them, again at extra cost.

Ongoing Therapy
 

Ongoing therapy is for you if you think that you need time to deal effectively with your issues.

 

The following are my specialities:

  • The emotional disorders (i.e. anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, hurt, unhealthy anger, jealousy and envy)

  • Relationship problems (e.g. difficulties in forming or sustaining relationships, dealing with conflict in relationships)

  • Self-discipline problems (e.g. procrastination, difficulties in maintaining  healthy lifestyle patterns, problems in persistence)

Couples Therapy
 

Couples therapy is for you if you and your partner acknowledge that you have relationship problems and that you want to address them together.

Coaching
 

Coaching is for you if you think you can get more out of yourself and your life. In coaching I will help you to

  • Set objectives that are based on your values

  • Identify and deal with any obstacles that you encounter along the path to these objectives

  • Develop persistence in maintaining and enhancing your gains.
