How Do I Make an Appointment?

Are You Accredited?

I am registered as a Counselling Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

What is Your Referral Policy?

I am happy to take referrals or self-referrals.

How Long Do Sessions Last?

In general, sessions last up to 50 minutes.

How Long Does Therapy or Coaching  Last?

​

This is a difficult question to answer. If you are coming for ONEplus Therapy my aim is to provide enough help in that session to enable you to implement a solution on you own. If you are coming for any other service, I will resolve to help you as quickly as possible.

What are Your Fees?

Fees are available on request.

Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?

​

Yes, I do. Like most therapists and coaches, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy which I adhere to strictly with the exception of a personal tragedy or hospitalisation. This policy applies to both of us.
